Welcome!
We are a group of parents and individuals in the greater Boston metro area that love the city and seek to help other families make memories and connections across the city… every day and all year long.
The founders are Chris and Kara Carrero of extremelygoodparenting.com and http://rehabit.at. They moved to the Boston area at the beginning of 2015 and fell in love with the city and all it has to offer. In fact, one time their 80-year-old, native neighbors often say that we have done more and know more about Boston than they do!
Boston has a lot to offer, but can sometimes be difficult to navigate with kids. We want to make that easier.
Find out more of our history in Boston and what to expect from the podcast that launched in 2017 on our get started with Boston Kid Friendly page.
All of the great sites that list events seem so cold, impersonal, and intangible. We want to show what we have done so you know exactly what to expect, not just what to do. We plan on showcasing what we love, but also want to help prepare parents before they go. So maybe we love a certain place to eat and it’s kid-friendly, but it doesn’t have a changing table… we’ll let you know!
Boston Kid Friendly Radio is all about the “every day”
You can listen to any podcast episode via iTunes, Stitcher, Google Radio, or where you listen to podcasts. The cover art for each show will have a background color of which color lines that stop is on for easy reference when you’re on the go. Or you can also see a video version of each episode on both YouTube and our facebook page. Each show covers things that are available year-round and not just during a festival or holiday season.
Get ready to love this city even more whether you’re a resident or visitor.
